Penny and Bodie are so freaking cute!!! Bodie ranks up there in the best book boyfriends EVER category!!! And Penny is one BA heroine who is strong and doesn’t rely on Bodie for much more than a good time. From their first meeting they both realize there is something familiar about the other and Bodie is fighting a decade long crush on Penny and trying to keep his true feelings on lock down so he doesn’t scare her away.

Despite Penny’s desire to keep to a 3 day rule and not get caught up in feelings and relationships, her feelings for Bodie were different from the beginning:

I’d found the unicorn of men--a smart, snarky, magical sex creature who made me want to stay put for a minute--and I didn’t think I’d been so happy in my whole life.

AND I love it when she refers to him as the heart ninja and can’t fight the way he has worked his way into her world and won’t let her go.

This story was fun, sweet, sexy, heartbreaking, and so, so much more….but especially FUN! I dare you to read and not love these characters!

About the Author

Staci has been a lot of things up to this point in her life -- a graphic designer, an entrepreneur, a seamstress, a clothing and handbag designer, a waitress. Can't forget that. She's also been a mom, with three little girls who are sure to grow up to break a number of hearts. She's been a wife, though she's certainly not the cleanest, or the best cook. She's also super, duper fun at a party, especially if she's been drinking whiskey. From roots in Houston to a seven year stint in Southern California, Staci and her family ended up settling somewhere in between and equally north, in Denver. They are new enough that snow is still magical. When she's not writing, she's reading, sleeping, gaming, or designing graphics.
